Just talked to rbc advisor and he said that he has not heard of anyone having this issue and says if i dont see the banner then i do not qualify. I told him i more then meet the requirements and that it would be sent in for an internal review. Even though I have other friends who do not meet the requirements but do see the banner. This is so frustrating. I also had one adviser say he would send me a link but never did. Then another adviser said there is a admin email to send these requests too.

And again one more adviser said it is a Government decision to not put the banner up even though every other bank puts the banner up regardless if you are eligible. Just curious if anyone else hates dealing with the RBC virtual assistant over the phone?

They've basically offered my business NOTHING other than to defer my monthly principle payments for 6 months, which they ended up taking out anyways and don't know how to reverse! They won't let me defer my group benefits ($3,000) per month either.Then last week the CEO sent an email to the public bragging about all the things RBC is doing to help small businesses!
