I just got this Bobcat Ransomes 48' mower the other day and i wanna know what year it is.I requested and recieved a manual from bobcat, but i also asked what year it was and they didn't say. The manual doesn't say it either. And i wanna know what this adjustment screw is on the carb. The manual does not have a detailed carb or carb adjustments page which doesn't make much sense to me so maybe i can get some help with that.MODEL# XM4852SERIAL# 000155Here is the stamp and the pic of the mower itself:And here is the carb adjustment i wanna know about. What is it exactly. An air mixture? Fuel mixture? I cleaned the carb yesterday because it has an idle surge.

It's not bad nor does it affect cutting. Maybe this adjustment would help? There is also another flat head adjustment on there which i noticed and cannot be seen without take off the carb. It looks like a jet but doesn't seat.

It will spin clockwise and counter-clockwise but never tightens. It is locked by a braket which is tightened by a screw and it holds the adjustment in it's place. I will try and get a picture of it if needed. Just wondering what it is?
